2022 Autocrosser of the Year

On Saturday Nov 12, the 2022 Runoff to determine the Autocrosser of the year was held at Lime Rock Park in the B paddock. Nine drivers were eligible to compete for the title of Autocrosser of the Year. In drying conditions and a challenging course Tom Bracci pulled out a narrow margin of 0.205 seconds on his final run to win 2022 Autocrosser of the year. Congratulations Tom!

FCSCC is diligently working to have a full slate of events for 2023. Our search for usable lots is continuing. Our next meeting will be in December , date and time to be announced.

Results from our 10/23/2021 posted. Rookie Of The Year

Congratulations to FCSCC Rookie of the Year Alexander Lim who beat out four other tough opponents in our annual rookie runoff. All runoff contenders drove our the club Miata and Alex managed to take the win over Brendan Magner by a slim 0.055. Alex will compete with other class champions during our final runoff on Sunday.

In today’s event Harvey Meeker took raw FTD and David Medvedev got PAX FTD. Congratulations to them. Tomorrow is our runoff for Autocrosser of the Year.

Non-Points 8/14 Results

The 8/14 Saturday Results are posted. The event lured out 31 participants after which the club held a pizza party to give out the awards from 2020. The weather was hot for most of the day, but cooled later and participants were able to get in 10 competitive runs as well as fun runs.

Results for Points #5

Results are posted for our 6/27 Points Event. Fifty five drivers got 9 runs on a course built by Tom Bracci. The early morning conditions were overcast, but the sun came out later in the day providing a lot of extra heat and the sprayers were being used liberally. Congratulations to Mark Daddio in his 2019 Mustang GT350 for both PAX and raw FTD!
